A credit reading “© Les Éditions Québec Amérique, 2020. All rights reserved.” should appear adjacent to the QA Content or on an obvious credits page or screen.

You may not transfer or license the rights or obligations of this Agreement in any manner other than herein provided, or after prior written approval by QA.

No verbal or written representation by QA or its authorized representative will constitute a warranty or increase the current warranty in any way whatsoever.

The license contained in this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from QA if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Content.

Use of the Content must be in compliance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, laws and regulations relating to moral rights (pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful use of QA Content is prohibited).
